Co-Founder & Academic Mentor
A highly respected defence professional and mentor, Col. T. S. Poonia brings decades of leadership and training experience. His guidance helps students understand defence services, discipline, and the mindset required for a successful military career. Col T S Poonia (B Tech & M Tech, IIT Bombay) brings over 10+ years of Training Excellence to the team, combining high-level academic credentials with extensive professional experience.
Virendra Singh Sherawat
Founder & Training Director
Founder of Prince Defence Academy, Virendra Singh Sherawat is a highly experienced Non-Commissioned Officer with over 19 years of dedicated service to the nation. He has served in diverse operational environments including active field and counter-insurgency areas in Jammu & Kashmir, and played a vital role in multiple critical operations. During his tenure with NSG (2016–19), he demonstrated excellence in VIP security. Known for his integrity, leadership, and commitment, he has consistently delivered outstanding results and motivated his team to perform at their best. He possesses strong expertise in training personnel in automobiles, small arms, military tactics, and discipline, making him a proficient mentor for defence aspirants.

classroom teaching, 2 hours of doubt-clearing sessions, and 2 hours of compulsory
self-study every day. With hostel and classrooms located in the same building, students
